While cleaning up after my dogs in the backyard yesterday, I found some rather gross looking things moving around in 2 piles of stool... I immediately called the vet and made appts for both dogs... They said it is tape worm,,,, and that is caused by fleas!!! Well both my dogs are treated for that and my lil Diamond is also medicated for Heartworm which also helps with fleas... So I guess you can say she is double protected! So y am I spending money on preventative care if it doesnt do its job??? Also, this morning I kept my eye on them and when they went out I checked to see which dog has it... Well neither of them had anything in their stool... Does it show up everytime? When I take them in will they test them first or just treat them? Im so confused and must say VERY upset that Frontline isnt doing its job...
Maybe Im over~reacting... I never had any problems with our Chihuahua.
