For the past couple of days, my little yorkie (Minnie) has been less active. She's been sleeping all day, she doesn't want to go out and walk or do anything except potty, or eat food... then its right back to her doggy bed. My wife tried to play with her, but if anyone gets near her she'll get up and move to another area in the house and lay down. She's very miserable.
I am a new yorkie owner, and from my understanding she's now in the final stages of her heat cycle. Could that have anything to do with her mood change? Have any of you experience anything like this? Should I be worried?
