Donna, I'm not sure about the $5,000 spending limit, but I upgraded my account to a Premier account years ago. I opened a seperate bank account in a different bank that the family uses so that the two accounts couldn't be linked. I have had great luck using paypal and feel as comfortable as one can using the www. to do business.

I have a feeling that the "spending limit" is part of the new IRS laws that our DPO

blessed us with. In this particular case the "D" does NOT stand for dear!
