I don't check this site very often, so I just read this today.
I got my puppy, Tinkerbell, from Diane at Rocky Hill Kennel. She was from the litter that was born this past Christmas.
I was a little leery of where/how the puppies were being kept at the kennel and what the conditions were. Diane did the same thing to us. She brought a cage into the kitchen that had the mother and the puppies from that litter in it. The mother looked healthy and well kept. We chose our puppy because she was the largest and sturdiest female in the litter.
We picked her up when she was 11 weeks old back in March. We took her to the vet a couple days after picking her up and she received a clean bill of health. Her ears were/are stinky, too, but the vet said she had no mites, just dirty ears. She was clear of worms as well.
She is now 24 weeks old, weighs just under 5 pounds and is a total JOY!!! We pee pad potty trained her fully within the first month. She has learned tricks, is very active and is an over all pretty clever and healthy little puppy!
So, I'm not sure how Ms. Laudenbach goes about running her kennel. I just know that we luckily gained a wonderful new member of our family and I'm very glad we have her!!
