Thats cute!! I think it is just them wanting to be loved and in the mix! I wouldn't say it was being jealous.
The only time Pnut acts jealous is when I am at my brothers house ( he has a boxer) if Pnut is on my lap and Leo comes to me and wants me to pet him, Pnu't will snap at him LoL and do a little bark! When they are on the ground they are fine, as soon as Pnut is on me thats when he gets a little jealous!
