Default Baby teeth and breeding

Hey, this is my first time here. I recently purchased three Yorkies, which I got because I've always loved Yorkies and have always wanted one. I did my research and brought home three wonderful dogs with great temperment, and I feel that they represent the breed well. We are planning on breeding and showing these dogs(I do have a mentor to help me with both). Now that all of my pups are around 8 months old two of them need to have their canine baby teeth pulled. My vet told me that because of this I shouldn't breed them. I guess I haven't seen anything about not breeding Yorkies that don't loose a couple of baby teeth. What are your thoughts.

thanks anna
