Oh thank yall soo much for all the replies and thoughtfulness! I love this site!!
I will ask my mom if she will let her sleep in bed with her, i'm sure if she says no, she will put her where she can see her at night. I'm the one who will probably be crying myself to sleep, not her. My mom spoils all 5 of her little toy poodles, so i know Bailey will be in great hands!
Some good news for Bailey is that she will barely be in her cage during the day, and the weekends, b/c my mom works from home and always puts a little kid gate up at the door, and lets all the poodles stay in the office with her all day long, taking them outside for potty time throughout the day lol....I know she'll like that! When i have to go to work, She has to be alone for 5-6 hours at a time....which i HATE, but i have to do it while i'm in school trying to get by lol She will get plenty of social time in the next 5-6 weeks, which i guess is a good thing right?!
