I use Frame Show - it was free for a month (or 15 days)
then Monkey Photo.....free trial also
Arcsoft Photo Impression free trial I think 30 days too
PhotoImpact 10 has a free trial -
ALL are good programs.....PLUS I can give you a link to a FREE Paint Shop Pro 7 (PSP 7) that has a Frame function in it and has a few cute frames and you can download more - this would be ALL FREE ...no trial
