Some dogs can eat almost anything. You will have to correct her behavior. Give her a stern NO and have her walk away from the worms. When she ignores the worm after the NO give her a treat for doing a good job not eating a worm.
I have a yorkie who's two years old and she has practically no hair. She's a healthy and absolutely adorable just like your little one. I am actually relieved her hair didn't grow because my maltese is driving me crazy with all her matts
