So this happened right after switching?
As much as it does sound like it is a reaction to the formula change, I think it would be wise to have the vet take a look at her. That much loose stool can be extremely dangerous. They can also give something to help her intestines return to normal.
Right now I'd probably be giving chicken and rice to settle things and then transition to something else.
