I confess my two have the same dislike for going out in the rain.
At first I built a small area and called it the "yorkie rest room" but soon discovered that when it rained they didnt want to know si this is what I have built now.
OK so it don't have a shower or bidet but it works and the only part of them that gets wet now is not due to rain.....
