I am very happy you took her to ER and that she is getting IV fluids. Sending positive thoughts that the doctors will determine the problem quickly and get your little girl on the road to recovery.
Get rid of the stuffed toys or only bring them out when you can supervise. My boys can't have anything with fuzzy material because they try to eat the fibers, so I sew toys for them out of non-fuzzy material.
