It would probably be Rimadyl (Carprofen), Metacam, Tramadol?
Still don't know if there is a liver problem?
Sometimes more than one pain drug is needed. It's been 48 hours, so I'd hope the shaking would have stopped right now.
Is it consistent or just a few minutes a day? If he is still shaking consistently, I'd really be thinking about contacting a vet this evening to see what can be done.
