I would take her to the vet just to be on the safe side. The diarrhea could be somthing you are feeding her, anythign out of the ordinary?? Have you switched foods, treats???
Regarding the cold...they don't have to cough or sneeze for it to be a cold, my puppy would blow out...almost like a sneeze but more like a big "wiff" and his nose would be a little wet...I took him to the vet and he ended up having an upper respitory infection which is being treated by antibiotics. I would def. suggest the vet.
