Glad that you now have Abby! Yorkies are wonderful, fun, sweet furbabies.
As far as the potty training, I will tell you what I did to get Rosie to potty outside. I got Rosie at 6 months old. She was not completely potty trained. This is what I did. I would take her outside and we would stay until she used the bathroom. Then I made a huge production of it! We would praise, praise, praise. Then she would get a treat! It may not work for everyone but it did for us. Now the only time she will pee in the house is if she is really mad at me!
Then she does it on my bedroom rug. Lol.
