Ha! Lucky for me I have a huge and classy (lol) middle eastern market near me that has lule kabob meat in the butcher dept! Chicken, beef, or lamb, and often times I buy it and make my own kebabs, then buy the premade rice (don't know what it's called, they have the ones with cranberries, one with saffron rice, one with lima beans) and get some sangkak (sp?) bread yummmy!!!!
