It seems like you have tried many things. Why have you waited so long to spay this girl. She is to small to breed and by not spaying her you are increasing her chances of being vulnerable to many illneses. As soon as she is over this heat I highly suggest you have her spayed so that you don't go through thid whole ordeal gain. Hope this helps.
