When I brought home my boys, they went a long time before they peed. However, 24 hours or more is not good. Are you sure she didn't squat and maybe you didn't catch it? Sometimes I can barely tell when Teddy is doing it outside in the grass.
Are you sure she didn't do it in the house and you didn't find the spot?
