Today was the day I would bring Foxxy home. I got off work early and told the owner that I would leave my area around 12:30 heading to her state. I was late and at 2:30 I called her to say I am on the interstate when she informed me Foxxy had died of heart failure.
She said that her daughter was giving her a bath to get her ready for me when she went limp and was just moving her mouth. She rushed her to the vet and he said she had a heart murmer of a 5. She showed me the vets paperwork and she was on an IV and given medicines to try and save her but she is gone. All I have left is a picture of her peacefully resting never to wake again.
My heart is broken. She offered to let me take one of the males she had for a trial period as I really wanted a sister for Shanti but I told her no.
