ZoE had a small dime size lump with every puppy vaccination. She got them even though she had benadryl prior to every shot. It went away within a week. My vet always said to monitor the lump and it should decrease in size, but if it were to increase in size to bring her in immediately. ZoE's lump always got smaller & smaller & was totally gone within a week.
