If they had charged him at that time in 2003 it would have $250.00 for her ticket to ride with him in the cabin. He did have a reservation for her on the flight to be in the cabin, as they only allow 2 pet's per plane in the cabin with owners on over sea's flights. Now keep in mind the Air Line he flew on was KLM.
