We have 2 yorkies, Darwin & Mabel, Zain, our 3/4 pyrenees and Sidney, our 16 year old Bengal cat. They all get along (most times). Sid was first, then Zain, Darwin and finally Mabel. We introduced each slowly and the yorkies met while we were camping. I highly recommend a neutral meeting area. It's almost been a non-issue and absolutely no territorial fighting. One thing to keep in mind before getting a second pup is that travelling is much harder then when you have just one. I used to smuggle Darwin into stores but I haven't even attempted to do this since getting Mabel. It's too hard to find a carrier for my two as Darwin is 7 pounds and Mabel is 4 - too much to carry for me for a long time. Mind you, the yorkies entertain each other for hours at a time at home - good things and bad things when you have more then one.
