My late Molly was found as a stray on the Military Base that my hubby was stationed at in 2003, he went to the Vet Office on her last day and asked what they were going to do with her, and said Put Her To Sleep, he said hell no, and he adopted her. He brought her back to states when he came home on leave.
All that is required were the vac's had to be up to date and she had to have a Health Certificate. She did fly in the cabin with him. It was funny the Flight Attendants were serving her Chicken as she sat in the seat next to him. I have pictures somewhere just can't find them at the moment.
