We now have a red and a blue collar that match the boys' winter coats. Although we purchased these collars for Max while he was recuperating from eye problems, we plan to use them on really cold winter walks to keep the boys' ears warm.  The collar is excellent for certain grooming procedures too. Keeps long beards out of the way while providing a distraction from what is going on, like clipping nails or trimming hair around the feet.

That's a great idea for both the cold weather & the grooming. Maybe then I could trim nails myself like a big girl!
