I agree with that. We just have an open drawer plastic tub-type (about 12" high) (one that came with multiple holes in the side for air flow (plastic tubs can hold carbon monoxide and potentially kill the puppies) - so I might suggest you drill many holes in all sides from top to bottom for ventilation if that's where mama and pups will be staying. But other than that you've got everything right at hand...wish I was so organized. Since I take her to work with me daily and she delivers fast I also pack the basic whelping supplies back and forth so mine are limited to just the necessities.
