Have you had the Freon checked? It really sounds like the AC isn't working, it gets way hotter than 100 here, and we can cool off our home easily. Maybe since it’s a new AC they didn’t even give it Freon? Freon is a coolant that AC's use, and needs to be checked every three years or so, but if there is a leak in the line, it could have all leaked out, and your AC won’t work. The compressor runs, but the air isn’t as cool as it should be. Seriously, you need someone to check it out. Running an AC without Freon, could end up costing you thousands in your monthly bill.
