I actually considered this, but I don't think so. And the more I thought about it, the more I'm sure it's the same receptionist making the comments. The vet did make one comment once, but I think all the others were probably from the same woman. You can never really know what's going on in someone else's head, but I do kind of feel there's a slight tone with the comments.
