I'm so glad your little Foxy is doing well now! I had a precious little pom that I had got at our local animal shelter, so I know how you feel, as far as feeling bad for them and trying to get them healthy! I was told he was around 10 years old, so I really didn't expect to have him long. He had been in a home puppy mill, and was in such bad shape when I got him I could barely stand it! Only had a couple of teeth, and they were so bad they had to be pulled, so he had no teeth the whole time I had him, so he had to eat only soft food. But I babied him and petted him, did everything my vet said and made a good home for him and loved him so much! It didn't take long for him to completely change from being afraid of everyone and looking terrible to being so loving and beautiful! He passed away a few months ago, but I had him for about 8 years! He was my baby! He was so precious! I hope your little baby will do as well! I will never understand how people can mistreat these little babies!
