I agree, totally! I also love the puppy stage. I have had shoes eaten, cords eaten, blankets chewed through- its part of the fun- my family still laughs so hard when we think about the poodle we had when I was a kid who ate the fingers and toes off all of my dolls- just the fingers and toes, nothing else! And you know who got yelled at for that?! ME! for leaving the dolls on the floor, never the dog.
My babies are all grown up now and well behaved now and they still have zoomies- I love when they race around the house and knock things over in all their fun!
If I wanted an inanimate object, I would have bought a stuffed yorkie.
