A suggestion...Since this is where the group discussion is taking place, perhaps it would be a good idea to keep the discussion and working on the final details here and when we are more finalized we can make announcements in the other forums and link to this one. That was we can ask if they are interested in the pre-discussion and history or how the meet-up came about they can read through this thread. It does not matter to me and I support whatever decision goes forth and will find and link anywhere it is posted. Perhaps an invite in the other areas is a good idea and link again to this thread to join in discussion of finalizing details. You are very diplomatic and that is really tough in a chat venue.
