A young Yorkie (and maybe some older ones too!) will always have a lot of energy. My dog runs around the house a lot of times when he gets wet or when he comes in from a walk. He's either trying to get dry or just feeling good and wants to run! |
Axel does this, but we love it! I love to watch him..he has his teddy friend that he gets going and tears it up back and fourth, they have to get this energy out! and I feel that is why Axel is so good once he gets the zoomies out he is a great lapdog! They must get this energy out! He did it more when he was younger and now has slowed down after almost 2 years...but when he gets going, we cheer him on! kinda saddens me that you would think this is annoying. Axel will even make circles around the coffee table, he is a trip!
