You need to get someone out there to check the filters! That is the most common and easiest fix. If the filters are clogged you will not get any cold air. We used to live in the "desert" and in the summer would be a dry 100 or so degrees, upstairs would be at 80+ with the ac running 24/7 if we didn't have brand new clean filters. It will also save on the electricity bill.
