Hmm 8 months old, she is still a pup. She probably just wants attention from you

Does she have something new that you can give her while you study.. Maybe only give her something like a bully stick or texas toothpick, nyla bone. kong with frozen yogurt in it.. when you study. Bring it out like it is bran new, take it away when you are done..
