I wonder if they mean pancreatitis, or something different? It makes me wonder if maybe she ate something too fatty
. Of course, her pancreas could have been injured due to the pellets too.
I can't get that picture of her head poking out of the ground out of my mind. I worry that whoever did this has done it many times before, and will do it again. A person doesn't start w/ what they did to Star - they start w/ something less cruel, and then progress. And you're right, that's how most serial killers start.
