Freeze some water bottles and put them on a towel for her to lay close too. A swim in the tub,a stroll in the mall,a drive in the airconditioned car. You might make sure that your unit has been serviced and cleaned so it can work properly.
Here in TX we have topped 100 several times. I am very thankful that my air unit works very well and we can swim in a pool.
