Well I'm annoyed with myself. Being so flustered & floored by her rude response I didn't even state a fraction of my complaints. I ended up basically hanging up on her. She called me back & I sent it to voicemail. She said she wasn't sure if I was bringing her back for the trim   ...she doesn't deserve the courtesy of a return call so I wont be giving it. Absolutely ridiculous! She should have at least offered a free next groom, which most pissed off customers would turn down anyway. I can't believe the way she treated you! I know how hard it is to have to deal with bad customers, but in this case you were not the difficult one she was! Good for you about the review. Go on all boards and put up your review. Don't forget you can tag her name and business here too, no sense in any others getting butchered by her.
