I am quite sure it is because of the teeth! I have had many pups come to me that needed dentals..and they had enlarged nodes.
I have further given them antibiotics without any issues at all and do not give probiotics every single time I give an antibiotic to a pup...or when I take them.
I have found that my pups need dentals yearly...I have a couple that can stretch a bit longer, but yearly is the norm for mine. I like to avoid infections because long term it can have a very bad effect on the heart and other organs.
