Another program is called webcam xp lite. This version is free. I used it for my pc. If you want something for your ipad or iphone that's free try juni. You can download from itunes app store

Here's the link to my webcam so you can see what webcam xp looks like. The camera is actually pointing down at the floor because I knock it behind the desk and have been just to lazy to pick it. http://72.94.37.223:8080/multi.html

Also you need a version 2 ipad to get the builtin webcam.
