I hate when people think that all pure-bred Yorkies look exactly the same. Similar situation happened to me; a lady was picking up an English bulldog from my Aunt who breeds them. She also has a Yorkie. She saw Khloe and asked my hubby "What is she mixed with? She is longer than my Yorkie." It flew all over me. My hubby told her that she had more paperwork than he did, and much more than her English bulldog did (it is a pure-bred English bulldog, but my Aunt hasn't finished the registration process with the AKC). It was so rude.
Yorkies have many hair types, different variances of color, different lengths, etc. so I wouldn't worry about it. Life would be a drag is every Yorkie looked the same. Your baby is adorable, and I love the hair texture too. (:
