Have you talked to your breeder about this? Lots of this biting is normal. If your baby was with his mother, she'd be biting him and showing him who's boss. So I'm not sure if this is normal biting and growling, and your older dog is trying to tell the young one to "behave!" Or if this is really serious? I personally believe you should not yell at the older dog for correcting the puppy, unless you are so sure the puppy is in danger, and or the older dog is known to be aggressive. The older dog should be acknowledged as the alpha between the two. If your breeder can’t help you, (she should know this), find a trainer who can give you some lessons on dog behavior. Your stressing out about this doesn't help, the dogs can sense your stress, and will think something is wrong. I think you need someone who is knowledgeable in dog behavior to access their interaction, and tell you if it's normal or not.
