I found this for cleaning and I also seen that humans can get it...so clean clean clean...I would clean her area everytime after she pottied, I would also wash her bedding and yours on a daily bases...thur out her treatment and after for awhile just to be on the safe side...and if you have other dogs or cats, they need to be treated as well.
Thoroughly clean all areas where the dog defecates after treatments are completed. I suggest a 30 parts water to 1 part bleach solution to kill any lingering giardia parasites. Allow this solution to sit for a half hour before rinsing off or reintroducing dogs to the area. |
