The little one is stressed.
He is settling into his new home and all the new things is a little over whelming.
He is smart enough to know that if he Humps endorphins are released into his system and makes him feel better.
Try giving him a break from all the activity and pop him in a kennel once and a while for a quiet time.
At this age as long as it is just toys he is humping that aggression is not the issues but he does need to learn to handle stress in a better manner.
This to should pass if you do not make a big deal of it as he grows but will happen once and a while when bored or stressed.
