Zoe was tough to feed also, but really likes Halo Puppy Spot's Stew. It's tiny and she continued to eat it, versus deciding she didn't like it after a time or two, like the others.
She will also always eat a few Little Jac treats.
(I will, however, admit to the fact that the only way she will eat is sitting on my lap, eating from my hand!
I think she is afraid the other dogs will get it--which they would--if she doesn't eat this way.)
