Momo had his dentals about 2 yrs ago. I try my best, but he won't let me brush his teeth, so his teeth has a lot of plaque build up. He also won't let me touch his ears either, but I do clean it b4 his bath once a week. His ears are clean, just a little wax sometimes. I've noticed his glands (which I found out today that they're lymph nodes) by his jaw line on his neck was swollen.

Took him in today & our vet said it could be an infection. He prescribed some antibiotics for his mouth & drops for his ears bc it was a little inflamed. We have to go back for a recheck in a week. Our vet wants the swelling to go down & infection to clear up b4 Momo can have his teeth cleaned again.

He said not to worry about any cancerous scares, but how can not worry? Has anyone experienced this & did it clear up after the antibiotic treatment?

I need to get some probiotics...can someone recommend one? Can I get it at GNC? How much do I give him? I should've paid more attention to threads discussing probiotics. Will have to search tomorrow, getting really late. Thanks in advance!
