You know what's funny? I didn't have much experience with dogs before Pippa came to us, and I thought I must have gotten soap in her eyes or something for her to be acting like that. After her first bath, I chased her around saying, "whatsa matter, baby? Did I get something in your eyes...here let me see" and of course I couldn't catch her. I remember feeling so guilty! Now they both do that, Scout has this look of utter joy and exhiliration as he runs around the house at fully speed. |
