Hello,

Well 2 days has not been long enough for them to have gotten the chance to get along. From my experience when ever I bring a new dog into the house I keep it separate from the other ones for awhile to let the new dog get comfortable and the others used to the new sounds and smells from the new pet. I use a baby gate to separate them but they can see and smell each other.

Once you give them time and space then I am sure you will have a better outcome. Just always supervise the time they are together and keep the visits short and sweet. They will get used to each other in time. Also, the new puppy has to learn what your other dog will tolerate and won't so there will be some growling.
