Thor had one up and one down, the one down had never stood up even after trying massage, shaving and tape. So I left it alone for a for weeks and tried the tape again for 3 days. I noticed when I removed the tape the ear was trying to fall back down but I would massage it and it would stay up for hours. Eventually after about 2 days I did not have to mess with it any more now it stays up. Good luck.
