Assuming this is a real post...
... I happen to agree that rubbing a dog's nose in "it" is not the same as a human's nose. We have an aversion to our waste that dogs do not share (and incidentally, human babies must be taught). Which makes the nose-rubbing technique all the more questionable - we have no idea what the dog concludes from this exercise. Presumably it's unpleasant to have the snout held to the ground. So the dog learns to associate the smell of pee (which is an unavoidable body function) with a human being angry and holding its head in an uncomfortable position. Dog: ????
Also, as others have said, it's ridiculous to assume a ten week old puppy would be potty trained in the first place.
