| Welcome everyone! That's great - go to the kitchen & read labels on things you already have. Unfortunately, to really do it right, you may be throwing some things out. Remember as Glad said, watch the fat, sodium, etc.
What about all that junk food you have? Chips, cookies, leftover cake soda with sugar in it?? Chuck it all - right into the garbage! Then, just be careful about what you buy the next time to the grocery store.
Don't go grocery shopping when you're hungry! That's a no-no!
Look for some good fruit or raw veggies to snack on.
Did anyone go to diet organizer.com to check out their program they have? I love it and have been using it for over 3 months.
