Thanks to all the comments and thoughts. Teddy was right back to himself the following day. I believe the storm affected him - it might have even woken him up during the night making him tired the next day. I just know that sometimes low pressure and storm systems affect people (migraine sufferers, arthritis, etc) so I was just wondering whether they impacted dogs w/ epilespy. I guess it is a question for his neurologist next time I talk to him. I am pretty sure he did not have a seizure.
